Yoga Sessions
Yoga can help to free you from the grip of the past so that you find a sense of physical, emotional and psychological safety so that you can learn to live in the present and maintain balance.
Over time, unresolved trauma affects mode regulation and physical health. It can manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, digestive issues, headaches, various body aches as well as other symptoms.
You will learn basic skills such as breathing, stretching, meditation and self-regulation techniques. You will gain a sense of grounding which can help you feel more centered and present in your body.
Yoga sessions are 30 minutes to one hour. Insurance does not currently cover the cost of yoga. If you are interested, please contact me directly. You will need to bring a completed Yoga Therapy Consent Form with you to your first session.
